As a registered charitable institution we can resell donated items without having to charge GST and PST. In addition we have such a variety of donations that there should be some great items to help you with your holiday shopping.

How do I bid?

Bid online on this web site anytime before or during the auction. Online is a faster way to place your bids.

Or

Call 789-6432 (in Huntsville) or 1-800-332-2958 (outside of Huntsville) during the auction.

You will need to know the item number and dollar amount you wish to bid as well as a phone number where you can be reached.

If you place a bid on this web site we require your name, phone number and e-mail address for confirmation. The information gathered by this web site will not be used or sold in any form except to notify bidders of their bids or of future auctions if they choose.

Go back to your television or radio to keep track of the bidding activity. To be successful, bid often.

Note: Bidding ONLINE is normally faster than bidding by phone.

Items are auctioned in Blocks. The length of the sale period for the block varies depending on the number of items in that block. At the end of each block the computer system will automatically declare that block sold and no further bidding will be allowed on that block. Your bid must be entered into the system online or by telephone operator prior to the closing each block. System time is synchronized by computer at www.time.gov

Bids are accepted in $5 increments and some items have a reserve bid. If this is the case, this amount will appear as the initial bid for the item on the screen when bidding begins. Each successive bid on any item must be at least $5 higher than the existing bid.

How do I pay?

Method of Payment: Payment must be made at the Auction Depot by cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Successful bidders will be informed where and when they may pay for and pick up their merchandise or certificate when they receive their verification call.

Successful Bidders

The successful bidders will be notified by phone or e-mail, indicating where and when they may pay for and pick up their merchandise or certificate when they receive the verification call. Payment of the bid amount must be made in cash, or by cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Delivery of items is not included and successful bidders must make any necessary arrangements.
